Nick is supervising project manager on the FASB’s Measurement portion of the Conceptual Framework. Nick has also been project manager on the Disclosure Framework, FASB/IASB joint projects on Financial Statement Presentation and Leases. Nick has worked on issues related to revenue recognition and insurance contracts and was an XBRL team project manager.
Prior to his role as at the FASB, Nick was a Director of Reporting at USI Holdings Corp. and prior to that, Controller at Independence Holding Company. Before that, Nick worked in Business Assurance at PwC.
Nick earned both a BBA and MBA from Pace University and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
