Program Description
The University of Tulsa’s AACSB-accredited MBA program delivers a superior student experience through a high-touch, concierge-level service offered via small classes, low student-to-faculty ratios and a focus on developing leaders. As an MBA student, you can select from two delivery formats, both of which offer the same concierge-level service.
Cohort MBA Program
The Collins College Cohort MBA assists you in developing critical thinking skills by immersing you in real-world situations that teach you new ways to think about and solve problems. The four-semester cohort program includes a project course in the last semester where you will work on teams as business advisers on real consulting projects within local businesses and organizations. Our rigorous curriculum and experiential learning in an extremely personal environment will set you apart from the competition and prepare you to lead an organization through future business challenges.
Working Professionals MBA Program
The Collins College Working Professionals MBA program is designed for full-time employees who wish to sharpen their business skills and enhance career advancement opportunities. The program arranges classes with your work schedule in mind. Classes are small, resulting in an extremely personal environment. Real-world cases and current events are incorporated into classes, which assist you in developing critical thinking skills and teach you new ways to think about and solve problems. Completion of the MBA will set you apart in the workplace and prepare you to take a leadership role in business.

Experiential Learning
Internship Experience – You will have the opportunity to apply business principles learned in your graduate courses in a business organization. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to expand your professional network, enhance your communication skills and present your work to a larger community.
CIMBA International Experience – The MBA Cohort program offers a fully sponsored trip to Paderno del Grappa, Italy, for a two-week leadership and cultural experience with a partner institution, CIMBA. The CIMBA International Experience seeks to enhance our MBA Cohort students with a globally diverse perspective, team-building skills and leadership acumen.
Mentor Program – Each MBA student is assigned an executive mentor from the business community. The mentor will serve as a “career counselor,” complementing the academic counseling provided by faculty advisers and the Business Career Center. The executive mentor will meet with you at least twice each semester to help you reach your goals and objectives and develop your leadership skills.
